Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, pointe shoes, tights, toe pads cannot be returned unless faulty. To start a return, please contact us at katerynator@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please start a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Restocking Fee (2% Bank Processing Charge) All returns and refunds are subject to a 2% restocking fee, which covers non-refundable bank processing charges associated with Stripe payments.
This fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method once the refund is processed.
