Others arrive with no dance background at all, simply curious to explore a long‑held dream. In ,,Adult Ballet with Kateryna Tor,, , this diversity is our strength. In every class, you’ll meet people of different ages, nationalities, physical abilities and life experiences — yet all move together, finding beauty and balance at the barre.  

Our work is not only physical. Through ballet, we train the body and the mind: releasing stress, improving memory and creativity, strengthening confidence, enhancing sleep and overall wellbeing. Without competition or judgement, we explore excerpts from famous ballets, classical variations, and Martha Graham's modern. On some sessions, we combine dance with strength practice — what we affectionately call “ballet gym” — expanding the idea of what adult ballet can be.  

This unique community also sparked a new idea. Traditional balletwear was never designed with adult amateur dancers in mind. Standard leotards are often cut for young students with uniform figures, leaving grown bodies overlooked. Listening to our dancers, we researched, tested and developed a line of ballet clothing designed for adults of all shapes, heights and stages. This isn’t just attire; it is a way to belong, to express, to feel comfortable while embodying elegance.
