This isn't your standard ballet skirt. Crafted with a unique wrap-around design and an elegant high-low hem (longer at the back), it falls in beautiful, fluid folds that follow your every move.

The clever silhouette is designed to transform your look: it adds a subtle, feminine volume to slimmer frames while beautifully contouring and slimming the hips and waist for larger sizes. It’s the ultimate piece for a poised, professional silhouette.

Material

The Fabric: Premium Lightweight Chiffon Our skirts are crafted from a bespoke, high-grade chiffon specifically chosen for the professional dancer. This isn't a standard, stiff fabric; it is a feather-light, breathable textile that possesses a unique "memory" for movement. Fluid Motion: The sheer, delicate weave ensures the fabric doesn't just hang—it floats. It catches the air to create those signature, graceful folds (faldy) that enhance your performance. Durable Elegance: Despite its ethereal appearance, the chiffon is resilient. It resists excessive creasing, meaning you can pull it out of your dance bag and it’s ready for centre work. Soft Touch: The fine-spun fibres are gentle against the skin and won't snag on your leotard or tights, providing comfort throughout long rehearsals.

Care & Durability

Garment Care: Preserving the Grace To maintain the delicate drape and vibrant colour of your wrap skirt, we recommend the following care routine: 1. Washing Hand Wash Recommended: For best results, hand wash in cool water using a mild silk or delicates detergent. Machine Wash: If you must use a machine, place the skirt in a mesh laundry bag to prevent the long ties from tangling or the fabric from snagging. Use a "Delicates" or "Hand Wash" cycle at 30°C. 2. Drying Air Dry Only: Never tumble dry. Lay the skirt flat on a clean towel or hang it by the waistband to air dry. It dries exceptionally quickly due to its lightweight nature. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Dry in the shade to prevent the rich colours (especially the Dark Jade and Classic Black) from fading. 3. Ironing & Steaming Steaming is Best: although, the fabric does not wrinkle much a garment steamer is the safest way to remove any minor packing creases and restore the "loft" of the folds. Cool Iron: If using an iron, use the lowest silk/synthetic setting. Always place a pressing cloth (or a clean cotton handkerchief) between the iron and the chiffon to avoid scorching. 4. Pro-Tip Avoid wearing jewellery with sharp edges or rough-textured belts over the skirt, as the fine chiffon weave can catch.
